Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do you charge money for your spiritual healing work? Shouldn't all spiritual healing be free?

Oh brother, is this a loaded question!

This is the short answer. For many years I didn't charge anything or charged very little for my healing services. My clients all reported that they had wonderful even profound healing experiences during their sessions and I received lots of sincere compliments. Many clients told me they had never experienced such intense healing sessions.

Later I discovered these same clients were going to other healers who charged double or even triple what I charged. I was baffled. Why? I can honestly say that I am gifted and I do good work. I have received many reports that my clients were happy with my services, yet they went to other healers who charged much more.

I understand now that the answer is, people really do believe the old saying: "You get what you pay for". My former clients believed that because they were paying more for their healings, they were somehow getting more.

And by the way, to everyone who believes their healing gifts will be taken away if they charge money; God has not taken my healing gifts away, in fact He / She has blessed me with increased abilities because I respect myself.

Western society places monetary value on everything, so why not spiritual healing?

There is another reason I charge. Its really about respect. I respect my healing gift and I believe that my clients want to show respect for it in return. As I mentioned above western society puts a monetary value on everything. By paying for a spiritual healing my clients are showing respect for me as their healer. Thank you dear clients!

Now the longer version is below.........

OK. Lets see. I will clarify here what spirituality is and why spiritual services are important. Usually when people refer to spiritual services they mean the information, or healing that comes from Spirit. Spiritual services are provided in different forms, methods and systems and they are given for the progress of the individual.

In all religions of the world people attend classes of spiritual information, healing and prayers for free. In the past even the priests had to offer their services for free. So, we feel that we are in a way cheated, if someone who works imparting spiritual information, spiritual healing etc. asks for money. Some, feel OK for others to charge for those services but they think it should be minimal. Right?

First of all, I wonder if spirituality has ever really been free, how come all of the religious institutes in the world are the wealthiest of all? All of them ask for money from their community. Its part of the obligation and the creation of good deed / good karma. So, from those days financial contribution to spirituality was an investment to the self.

Let's face it. Nothing in this world moves without money. It is a moving force of all things. Money is another form of energy that needs to move, needs to flow and needs to be used wisely. It represents a way for us to satisfy our dreams and desires. As an energy form, it is in plenty out there and some are able to tap in it more than others.

So first we need to change our perception beliefs about of money.

As I said, we need to understand that nothing moves without money. People at times bring Mother Theresa as an example of renunciation, dedication to service and great achievements without earning a penny for herself. However, mother Theresa had an abundant flow of the energy of money coming to her to accomplish her many wonderful projects. She had lots of cash at her disposal. She had all her needs satisfied. She was not lacking anything from the things she wanted. She just chose different things from what the rest of us choose.

But let?s also clarify the aspect of ?spiritual services?. Tell me really, what isn't spiritual in this world? Isn't all we are, all we do, all that exists on this planet forms of Spirit expressing itself. Is the work of a doctor less spiritual than the work of a healer? Why do we feel that it?s OK to pay hefty fees for a doctor?s or dentist's visit but not to a healer?

Oh, you might say, the doctor or dentist has invested many years and a lot of money to become a doctor. Yes, that's true, but what about the healer? Not necessilarly any healer, as you also wouldn't go to just any doctor but a healer who has spent years and money learning healing methods, perfecting the clarity of channel of the energy.

Doesn't this healer use her time to provide the service? Doesn't she need to invest perhaps in marketing material to make her work known, rent a room etc.? If this is the only work the healer does, doesn't she need to be paid for her work and time and earn her living serving humanity?

Then, another argument is for those who are again gifted in their ability to bring forth healing energy or messages from Spirit. People argue that, why would you charge for something that has been given to you from Spirit as a gift?

Let's clarify that the charging is not for the gift, is not even for the messages but it is for the time the healer or the intuitive or the spiritual teacher has used to provide a service to someone else.

And why should we think that a gift should not be paid? We feel this way when it comes to strictly spiritual matters but we don't think this way about other professions. So what about the gift of having a beautiful voice, or the gift of being able to supremely play an instrument, or the gift of being an exceptional athlete? Shouldn't these gifts be compensated?

As long as we work with integrity, as long as we are congruent with what we say, do and offer, there should be no difference between any of the professions we choose to do or others choose to do. It's all about value. How much we value ourselves, either we are in the receiving or the giving side and how much we value the transformation that it's going to bring will determine the investment we are willing to make.

The investment is always for the self and for the transformation that the service or product is promising to provide.
